Position Overview The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) position plays a crucial role in understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers. By partnering with Territory Managers, this role involves demonstrating FUJIFILM Sonosite products, closing sales, and managing ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption. Note: This position is open to candidates residing in the Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Western Missouri (Kansas City) areas for optimal territory management. Job Description Essential Job Functions: Work closely with the Territory Manager to comprehend clinical needs, showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and finalize sales. Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at client sites and provide comprehensive training on product usage. Oversee post-sale activities, fostering customer product adoption, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain relationships at installed client sites to support the Territory Manager and enhance the FUJIFILM Sonosite presence. Communicate the value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to various stakeholders within the customer environment. Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives for product demonstrations in the field when required. Identify and report potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the Territory Manager. Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to clients as necessary. Assist with other company areas as needed. Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager. Ensure adherence to the company's quality system requirements. Knowledge and Experience: 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution. RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN. RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular). Experience managing multiple requirements and prioritizing effectively is essential. A strong understanding of both clinical and business needs of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite. The ability to translate customer needs into distinct product requests. Skills and Abilities: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with all accounts. Professional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationships. Able to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. Organized and consistently meets customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite timelines. Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations. Self-motivated with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment. Represents FUJIFILM Sonosite professionally and positively. Salary and Benefits: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience, plus variable bonus opportunity. Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
