Care Delivery Responsibilities Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities. Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Check and record vital signs, assist with prescribed medications, and monitor overall well-being. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families. Drive or escort clients safely to and from appointments or activities as requested.
