Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Mechanicsville, Virginia Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Daily, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Location: In person Job Description: Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients in maintaining their health and comfort. Qualifications: Current CNA certification or PCA experience. Experience working in home care or patient care preferred. Strong communication, compassion, and documentation skills . Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutrition as needed. Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse or family. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Document care provided accurately and timely.
