Urgent Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled,patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join awell-established, high-quality Urgent Care practice located just south ofBoston, Massachusetts. This position offers flexible scheduling, strongclinical support, and the opportunity to deliver efficient, high-quality carein a fast-paced outpatient setting. Providers must be comfortable treatingpatients of all ages. Full-Time Position Details: Schedule: Three hour, 12 hour shifts per week Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 annually, plus productivity incentives Benefits: Comprehensive medical,dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off Continuing Medical Educationallowance Retirement plan options Employment Status:Full-time, employed Part-Time Position Details: Compensation: $65 - $70 perhour Schedule: Two 12-hour shiftsper week Employment Status:Part-time, employed Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, andtreat urgent care patients of all ages Perform minor procedures(suturing, splinting, wound care, I&Ds) Order and interpret X-raysand basic labs Prescribe medications andmanage treatment plans Educate patients and providedischarge instructions Document care in the EMR andcollaborate with the care team Adhere to all clinical,safety, and regulatory standards Requirements: Graduate of an accreditedNurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS) program Current Massachusetts NP orPA license or eligibility for licensure National board certification(AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs) Minimum of 1 year of urgentcare, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment andability to work independently Proficiency in minorprocedures and acute care management Excellent communication andteamwork skills DEA registration (or abilityto obtain) by Jobble
