The City of Ashtabula is located on Lake Erie's coastline about an hour between Cleveland, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania. Job Description 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient) 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital) Full-time negotiable schedule On call 10 days per month Outpatient Practice Setting 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology 2 Physicians in Practice EMR - EPIC Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC), an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic. The 115,000-square-foot, multi-story addition will add 55 new private patient rooms, a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department. 1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience) is REQUIRED Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
