Forklift Operator Qualifications and Skills: 24 years of forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting Ability to safely operate forklifts following company policies and OSHA safety rules Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions regarding material movement Organized and efficient to help keep material flow running smoothly Good communication skills and works well with a team Job Duties: Move pallets, materials, and parts to and from assigned areas using a forklift Load and unload trucks, making sure items are placed and secured properly Organize and stack materials in storage areas based on production needs Work with team members to support material handling and meet production goals Keep the workspace clean and follow all safety rules Help with other manufacturing or warehouse tasks as needed Benefits: Paid holidays Vacation time Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Overtime opportunities
