Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Our client in Port St. Lucie, FL is looking to add a Physician Assistant to their orthopedic team. This full-time position will work with a team of general ortho physicians and team of providers. Responsibilities: Full-time permanent position Monday-Friday schedule Mix of clinic/OR/hospital rounding Some call requirements General orthopedics Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical treatments such as physical therapy or rehabilitation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Qualifications: Florida PA License Knowledge of orthopedics, treatments and terminology Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Benefits: Base salary and quarterly bonuses Health insurance PTO, sick days, holidays CME allowance by Jobble
