Job Description

Job Title Manage day to day schedules in such a way that the executive is able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way. Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with stakeholders and customers, etc. Proactively manage the executive's calendar and ensure that all appointments and engagements are properly scheduled and communicated. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, filing, and data entry. Maintain confidentiality of all information and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Support the executive in planning and executing special projects and initiatives. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Manage the executive's calendar and schedule, ensuring that all commitments are met. Support the executive in managing their time effectively and prioritizing tasks. Act as a point of contact for the executive's team and other stakeholders. Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.
