Dispatch Coordinator SERVPRO of West Greenville is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator! As the Job File Coordinator, you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer's location to assess the work that would need to be completed, keeping up with job cost, corresponding with sub-contractors, collections/draws, etc. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment! Key Responsibilities Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly Perform detailed and accurate data entry Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed Maintaining job cost by data input Coordinate with PM and Office for collections/draw and contracts as needed. Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) Needs to be efficient in time management and detailed in processes At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience Prior dispatch experience preferred Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
