Bookkeeper We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our client in Salem, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have 2+ years of experience in accounting and possess strong QuickBooks and Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS). Responsibilities: Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices. Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files. Aid with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience within accounts payable/accounts receivable Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
