Position Overview: General Dentist needed in Laurel Springs, NJ A full-time General Dentist with 4+ years of experience is needed in Laurel Springs. Practice Environment: Diverse payer mix, accepting all forms of insurance, with a high volume of Medicaid patients Each office typically has 2-3 hygienists and a dental assistant for each doctor (or more) Dental Director onsite with a team of 1-4 other dentists, depending on office size Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed hourly rate for the first 90 days, or 30% of collections, whichever is higher. After 90 days, compensation transitions to collections only. The guaranteed rate depends on experience.
