The Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patients and providing comprehensive patient care. Essential duties include plans, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to patient needs while adhering to evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate patient care needs and collaborate with physicians. - Develop, implement, and manage individualized patient care plans through initial and ongoing assessments. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage care for assigned patients. - Document care accurately based on standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and promote innovations in patient care delivery. - Provide centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice models. - Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: - Valid Registered Nurse license (NJ State or multi-state compact). - Basic Life Support (BLS-AHA) certification. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS-AHA) certification. - Cardiac and vascular procedure experience. - Catheterization Lab (CCL) experience required. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Critical care nursing experience. - Previous experience with EPIC and Sensis systems. - Neuro procedure experience is preferred.
