Occupational Therapist Outpatient License Required

ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Master's of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as an Occupational Therapist. Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Location: Southern Physical Therapy Clinic Address: 1620 Hwy 11 N Suite E, Picayune, MS 39466 Overview: Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is experiencing growth and is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic with a pediatrics focus in Picayune, MS . While full-time is preferred, candidates with part-time or PRN availability will also be considered. Caseload / Patient Population: The Occupational Therapist will manage a caseload that includes general orthopedics , neurological cases , and hand and upper extremity cases . However, the primary focus will be on pediatric patients . This is a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT) , Physical Therapy (PT) , and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) . Full-time OTs typically complete 45-55 patient visits per week . Work Schedule: Full-time position working Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays required. The work schedule can be flexible based on the needs of the candidate. Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm Friday: 7 am - 12 pm Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate starting around $32 per hour for new graduates, with increases based on experience. Job Requirements: Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply – mentorship and training are available. Full-time availability is preferred. Candidates with part-time or PRN availability (at least 16 hours and two weekdays) will also be considered.
