Position Overview: As a Compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA), your dedicated care will significantly enhance the quality of life for our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor the health of residents, offer emotional support, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitoring and documenting vital signs to maintain residents' health. Providing emotional support and companionship to boost residents' well-being. Facilitating mobility and safe transfers for residents. Working with the nursing team to develop personalized care plans. Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all residents.
