Physician (Neurosurgeon)

JOB OPPORTUNITY: Physician (Neurosurgeon) Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, Inc. seeks a full-time Neurosurgeon to diagnose and evaluate adult patients suffering from various neurologic conditions and educate them on surgical and non-surgical treatment options; plan, implement and perform minimally invasive neurosurgical treatments; participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Will work at Hartford Hospital, 80 Seymour Street, Hartford, CT 06106, Hartford Hospital Bone and Joint Institute, 32 Seymour Street, Hartford, CT 06106 and HHCMG's Neurosurgery clinic at 35 Talcottville Road, Vernon, CT 06066. Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position are: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or the foreign equivalent; completion of a U.S. Neurosurgical fellowship; possession of or eligibility for U.S. or international board certification in Neurosurgery; and the possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Connecticut medical license.
