Position Title: General Dentist Location: Bowie, MD Status: Part Time - Monday and Friday (Wednesdays potential) Practice Setting: Privately Owned - No DSO or Management Company Influence Desired Experience: 1-2 years of experience Opportunity Overview We are assisting a privately owned practice in Bowie, MD in the search for an experienced and talented General Dentist to join their growing team. Practice Summary Insurance: In network with major PPOs only - no HMOs or Medicaid Hours of Operation: Operatories: 6 Hygienists: 2 full-time, 1 part-time Current Doctors: 2 Reason for Opening: Lead provider scaling back schedule Clinical Philosophy: Comprehensive care with an emphasis on proactive treatment and patient education Patient Population: Family practice serving all ages and diverse backgrounds Case Mix: Broad range of general dentistry with the ability to take on complex cases; while surgical procedures and implant placement are not required, candidates who wish to practice in these areas will have the opportunity to do so Technology & Equipment iTero Scanner Digital and paperless environment Panorex Dentrix software Intraoral cameras in every operatory Large patient-facing monitors for education Note: Practice layout is not designed for left-handed providers Compensation & Benefits Daily guarantee of $600-$750 for the first 90 days 33-35% of net collections after guarantee period $2,000 annual CE allowance Medical insurance 401(k) with substantial profit sharing 4 weeks paid leave per year Collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with full autonomy and no outside management influence
