Schedule 12-hour night shifts with a rotating schedule of 3 nights on, 2 nights off (36/48 hours bi-weekly). Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care within a small critical care facility, handling a variety of cases, including pediatric patients occasionally. Solid experience as an RN is essential, with a preference for candidates who have a minimum of two years of experience. The nurse will utilize EPIC charting for patient documentation. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical care setting. Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC charting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status. Provide support for pediatric cases as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Active nursing license required for submission. Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. COVID vaccination required, with exemptions only for medical reasons supported by documentation.
