Home Health Registered Nurse

Floyd Valley Healthcare has a need for a Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their home. Our service area is Plymouth County, Iowa. The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients. Previous experience with our EMR, Meditech, is a plus. This person will also be in the call rotation for the department, one in four. Scheduled shifts are days, Monday through Friday. We are open to 32-40 hours per week.
