This position offers a competitive rate of $21.00 - $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist in the monitoring of residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team. Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely. Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents and ensure their comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Qualifications: Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York. Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Compassionate and empathetic approach towards resident care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
