Part-Time Associate Dentist Join our well-established dental practice in Meriden, CT, where we have been proudly serving the community for over 30 years. We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Dental Associate to become an integral part of our busy and supportive team. Our practice attracts multiple generations of patients, averaging 90-100 new patient visits each month. This role is ideal for a motivated dentist eager to thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care, utilizing Eaglesoft practice management software. Schedule Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pay & Compensation 33%-36% of production/collections based on experience Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative procedures Perform crown and bridge treatments Conduct root canal therapy as necessary Deliver high-quality denture treatment and ongoing care Manage hygiene checks Commit to high-quality, patient-centered care Collaborate with a team of doctors and hygienists to achieve excellent patient outcomes Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Valid dental license in the state of Connecticut 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred Proficiency in restorative dentistry and dentures required Experience in root canal therapy is a plus Compassionate, hardworking, and efficient approach to patient care Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity for a dentist who values teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional care to a loyal and growing patient base.
