About Brightside Brightside Speech Therapy is an innovative pediatric therapy clinic providing in-home and in-school services to families. We are currently expanding and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our growing team. With a focus on early intervention, we welcome diverse skills and experiences. As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our founder in shaping the company's culture, advancing into leadership roles, and helping us build a premier therapy team. Job Summary Our therapists can choose to work full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules including the option of four 10-hour days. You will have the chance to provide therapy in both home and school settings, including daycares and private preschools. The annual salary is between $90,000.00 and $110,000.00. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose functional delays and disorders in children from birth to adolescence using standardized and informal evaluations. Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living skills through a play-based, family-centered approach. Educate and coach parents/caregivers as well as collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Preferred At least 2-3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
