Business Optimization Bachelor's Intern This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working at the following address: 10350 E. Dakota Ave., Denver, 80247. Electronic File Solutions and Support is the department responsible for managing all electronic eligibility and premium files across every region and line of business. We collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues. Internally, we focus on optimizing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and proactively eliminate recurring challenges. Internship projects include: Kana to Genesys transition KPMC and API Documentation Case Connect information management Target majors include Healthcare Administration. Target skillset includes being detail orientated, data analysis, proficient in Microsoft products. Collaborative, critical thinking. Essential responsibilities include: Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective. Report development and analytics. Project management - planning, execution, and measurement. Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives. Job shadowing in other functional areas. Performing additional duties as required. Basic qualifications include pursuing a bachelor's degree or having graduated from an accredited university within the last year. High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. Additional requirements include an aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred qualifications include a 3.0 GPA or above. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
