Neurologist - Brain Injury Medicine - Outpatient Setting - Dallas/San Antonio A friendly, growth-oriented healthcare group proud to serve communities throughout Texas is looking to add 2 Neurologist to join their group. We specialize in helping patients recover from injuries, including those sustained in auto accidents. How You Will Make an Impact: As a full-time Neurologist and licensed physician in Texas, you will be at the forefront of patient care?diagnosing, evaluating, managing, and treating a wide range of brain injuries in a dynamic outpatient setting. You'll work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes chiropractors, pain management specialists, orthopedists, and behavioral health professionals, all dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. What You Will Do: ? Conducting thorough neurological examinations and assessments with a focus on evidence-based care. ? Diagnosing and treating various brain injuries. ? Developing and implementing patient care plans tailored to each patient?s needs. ? Prescribing medications and treatments. ? Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. ? Documenting patient histories, examination findings, and treatment plans. ? Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. ? Communicating effectively with medical assistants and other support staff. ? Communicating clearly and effectively with patients. ? Educating patients about their medical conditions and treatment options. ? Providing empathetic and compassionate care. ? Adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. ? Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. What You Will Bring: ? Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas. ? Board certification or eligible in Neurology with additional training or experience in Brain Injury Medicine. ? 2+ years of practice experience is preferred but not required. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification. ? Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus but not required. ? Efficient time management in our busy clinics. ? Timely completion of notes/charting in the patient's medical record. ? Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.
