Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN)- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This is a Full Time - Days Shift opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Marietta, Georgia, (Onsite). Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice Deliver individualized, patient-centered care aligned with population-specific needs Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through rounds, case reviews, and handoffs Administer medications and interventions according to clinical protocols Educate patients and families, incorporating them into the plan of care Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives Support professional development , including precepting or mentoring staff when needed Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and organizational policies Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must Have Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact) BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to provide care in a progressive/critical care (PCU) environment Proficiency in patient monitoring and early recognition of clinical deterioration Excellent interdisciplinary communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting Accurate and timely clinical documentation Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety standards Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact) BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience Ability to work night shift (for this specific role) Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
