A contracted position is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings, located in Worcester, MA. This role supports elementary and middle school-aged children (Kindergarten through 8th grade), focusing on therapy services that enhance their educational experience and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' occupational therapy needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs). Maintain detailed progress notes and prepare required reports. Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student success. Manage a caseload of approximately 15 students, providing direct therapy services. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based therapy experience. Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation. Ability to work effectively with children in K-8 settings. Strong communication and organizational skills.
