Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Bolivia, NC Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,140 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a night shift position on an LDRP unit providing comprehensive care from labor through postpartum. The role includes mother/baby care, fetal monitoring, lactation support, and assisting in sterile procedures. This is a high-acuity environment that requires strong clinical judgment and adaptability, including floating to assist other units when needed. Requirements Requirements: Active WA RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required Must have experience with: LDRP & Mother/Baby care External & internal fetal monitoring Recognizing and managing abnormal fetal heart rate patterns Supporting breastfeeding/lactation Assisting with sterile speculum exams Traveler experience required (no first-time travelers) EMR: EPIC experience preferred Shift: Night, 3x12s (18:45-07:15) Call: 2 mandatory call shifts per 6-week schedule Float: Required (assist other units; no patient assignments) Ratio: 1:4 Weekend: Every other weekend Orientation: 32 hours Scrubs: Hospital-issued (Cecil blue or navy) RTO Policy: Strict - no additional RTO allowed after booking Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
