Must understand and follow safety, USDA, quality control, and sanitation regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Work well in a team. Be able to meet standard for packing product. Know the different specification for each product and be able to determine out of spec. Inspect seals before packing, ensure the packed product coincides with outer cases, and become familiar with schedule and Julian dates. QUALIFICATIONS: No formal education required Must be able to read product codes, Julian dates, and safety signs. Must be able to count to 100 to complete product counts of product. Must have good oral communication. Must be able to follow sanitation procedures. Must be coordinated and able to follow directions. Good attendance record required.
