Job Description

We are seeking a technically capable and highly responsive Technical Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the lifecycle of complex industrial products. This client-facing role serves as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure timely resolution of technical inquiries, order issues, and service requests. The ideal candidate blends strong communication skills with solid technical aptitude and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for technical product, order, and service inquiries Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and virtual meetings Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation Partner with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and field service teams to resolve issues Track service tickets, order status, and customer requests within CRM/ERP systems Support troubleshooting efforts and facilitate technical solutions Prepare order confirmations, service documentation, and technical correspondence Escalate issues appropriately and manage customer expectations Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions Contribute to process improvement initiatives Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in technical, engineering, or business field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years in technical customer service or client-facing operations Ability to clearly communicate technical information Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems Comfortable in a hybrid, cross-functional environment Preferred Experience supporting industrial, automation, electrical, or engineered products Ability to read technical drawings or schematics Experience collaborating with engineering or manufacturing teams Bilingual skills a plus What We Offer Hybrid work flexibility Competitive compensation and benefits Team-oriented culture Growth opportunities within a technical organization
