Night Auditor Join our team at Best Western Aberdeen Hotel in Aberdeen, SD as a Part time Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial auditing and guest service during the overnight shift. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and prepare reports Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours Answer guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service Monitor and ensure security of the hotel premises during the night shift Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work overnight shifts independently Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software Reliable and able to have a dependable mode of transportation to get to work.
