Project Manager

Position Overview The Merch Services Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal execution teams and merchant partners. This role is responsible for high-level project orchestration, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring deliverables align with strategic business objectives. The Project Manager acts as the voice of the project to merchantstranslating technical execution into clear, strategic outcomeswhile driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and senior leadership, managing expectations and cultivating strong, professional relationships. Lead project kick-offs, recurring status meetings, and post-mortem reviews with cross-functional partners and field leadership. Synthesize data provided by the Project Analyst into executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations. Own and manage the overarching project timeline, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect merchant objectives. Bridge merchant requirements with internal execution by ensuring alignment between business goals and analyst-level project tasks. Manage and resolve high-level escalations related to scope, timelines, or delivery from merchants and field partners. Required Qualifications Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a client-facing environment Strong executive communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple organizational levels Experience synthesizing data into strategic insights and reporting Ability to proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience working with merchant services, retail, or field operations teams Background in contract or consulting-based project roles Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms
