Job Title: Project Manager III Location-Type: Hybrid Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Compensation Range: $45-50/hr Job Description: This role serves as a Program Management Office (PMO) facilitator supporting executive-level global supply chain leadership during a leave coverage period. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Act as PMO support for the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain Coordinate governance routines, operational reviews, and leadership meetings Develop executive-ready reports and presentations using data from multiple teams Translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders Facilitate alignment across global supply chain leadership teams Track key initiatives, milestones, and deliverables Requirements: Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 3+ years of project/program management experience Strong ability to convert data into reports for multiple teams Excellent organizational and facilitation skills Experience driving cross-functional initiatives toward a common goal Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting executive-level leadership Background in supply chain, operations, or global organizations Experience facilitating governance routines or operational reviews Benefits: This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
