A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environmenthelping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact. You'll: Put customers first and build trust Communicate clearly and professionally Stay calm and empathetic under pressure Be reliable and meet performance goals Support payment needs and follow procedures Keep records accurate and respond to emails daily Pitch in when needed and stay flexible Work within a highly structured role with set start/end times and scheduled breaks Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift Follow the proper steps to request time off WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher setting Must live within 50 miles of Halfmoon, Medina, or Rochester, NY Strong verbal and written communication Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Experience in a virtual desktop environment Distraction-free remote workspace High school diploma or GED Preferred: Familiarity with AS400 Additional expectations: Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera OR schedule an in-person interview Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture Complete pre-employment steps: Internet speed test Background and drug screening Employment verification Pick up equipment at our Medina, NY office (for those within 50 miles of Medina) OR meet at our client's office to set up equipment in either Halfmoon or Rochester, NY If your experience and qualifications align with what we're seeking, we encourage you to apply today.
