Talent Acquisition Analyst We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our unique and dynamic recruitment team. Talent is EUROPEAN DYNAMICS' biggest asset, so we are interested in someone who understands the importance of finding the best of the best in the industry and who has the desire to make an impact as we achieve our goals. Your role is to act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Fluency in English is required. The analyst will offer his/her services remotely. Your tasks: Partner directly with the hiring managers to understand specific needs to attract and bring in top talent; Source candidates using state-of-the-art tools like LinkedIn Recruiter; Post job ads; Initiate phone screening with applicants, referrals, and other interested candidates; Organize and conduct interviews; Prepare financial offers and administer/follow up recruitment paperwork with candidates; Compile and update candidates' records.
