The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Conduct an assessment of current procurement process and workflows Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities to improve cost, speed, and operational effectiveness Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing procurement practices and supplier management Develop a practical roadmap to modernize and strengthen the procurement function Advise leadership on best practices and change priorities to support the broader supply chain strategy What You Will Bring: Deep experience in procurement and supply chain operations A proven ability to assess complex processes and identity improvement opportunities Strategic perspective combined with practical, actionable recommendations Experience supporting transformation or optimizing initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities Pay Range: $150,000 - $186,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel is required. Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
