Schedule Days (0800-1630) - no weekends Job Description The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence. Services include acute and swing bed rehab, as well as a variety of outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients to restore mobility and independence. Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
