Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: 8:00 AM -4:30 PM Work Experience: Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care. · Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements. · Communicate observations, facts and treatment suggestions as an interdisciplinary team member, individually and through team meetings to ensure coordination of the plan of care. · Provide education and direction to patients and coworkers as appropriate. · Work independently and cooperatively. · Recognize and protect patient rights.
