Key Responsibilities: Assess and collect patient health data, analyze findings, and develop individualized care plans. Delegate and coordinate duties efficiently among healthcare team members. Qualifications and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid in the practicing state - required. Current CPR/BLS certification. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. PALS or equivalent pediatric advanced life support certification required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Acute care experience preferred.
