Details Acute care setting at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Outpatient OT unit with a variety of patient cases Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday No weekend or holiday coverage required No floating to other units or departments Epic EMR used in this position 8-hour shifts Outpatient experience preferred but not required Requirements Current, active OT license required if applicable Minimum 2 years of relevant OT experience Current BLS certification (AHA) required 2 professional references required: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from the position's specialty within the last 3 years Active certifications required at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted Additional Information Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases Orientation to the department provided during the first week, with patient caseload beginning within the first few days Outpatient setting experience is preferred but not required Dress code is business casual or polo (colors: Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, or Chocolate Brown) Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their application date Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are subject to a bill rate adjustment All clinicians are required to badge in and out at the facility American Traveler Job ID P-681136.
