This is a private unit admitting all other medical overflows. Census: 32 Total Beds. 16 beds in Phippen 6 & 16 beds in Phippen 7. Floating Required: Travelers are required to float to applicable units when requested.Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night positions do not rotate. Rotation frequency: low.Years of Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience.Skill Sets Required: Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to interpret Tele Strips.Clinician to Patient Ratio: Day and Eve shifts are 1:4, may go up to 5.
