CNA I - Facilities (Caldwell, Catawba & McDowell Counties) Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our facilities team, providing exceptional care to hospice patients in nursing homes. Working under the guidance of a licensed nurse, the CNA will help implement individualized care plans, support patients' daily needs, and manage assigned caseloads with empathy and professionalism. This position serves patients across Caldwell, Catawba, and McDowell Counties . Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: Full-time positions include a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement. Requirements Education: Certified as a Nursing Assistant. NA I must have current listing as NA I with DFS. Must maintain CPR certification. Experience: One to three years clinical experience. Hospice or home health care experience preferred. Skills/Abilities: Ability to make meaningful observations and complete required documentation. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their caregivers. Understands and supports the hospice philosophy of care. Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team. Competency shall be demonstrated by passing competency and skills examination by a qualified licensed nurse. Proficient computer skills with MS Office products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Maintains current, unrestricted driver's license. Maintains minimum automobile liability insurance for duration of employment.
