Description Position at Siena Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center $25.00 - $27.00 DOE PM Full Time & Part Time PM and NOC / Working a 4/2 Rotation. We are searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a secured STP Unit that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses. Our patients suffer varying degrees of physical ailments, and all have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. Our facility provides a transition from acute-care psychiatric treatment to a residential setting. Qualifications: CA, Certified Nursing Assistant. 1 Year of Behavioral Health experience in a locked or secure setting. Knowledge and experience with de-escalation and redirection. Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, staff, and visitors. Desire to be part of a dynamic team. Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED. This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
