We are in search of an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities achieve independence and safety in their homes. The perfect candidate will demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and a strong commitment to positively impacting our clients’ lives. Familiarity with technology and digital tools is an added advantage, while experience in home modifications will make your application stand out. Role Highlights Anticipated Start Date: Immediate Compensation: $120 per Evaluation Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability Location: In-home visits across multiple counties Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations. Offer personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications. Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques. Collaborate with clients and families in developing care plans. Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share insights and drive process improvements. Document assessments and recommendations accurately and efficiently using our electronic system. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active, unrestricted OT license. 2 years of clinical experience. Preferred experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Familiarity with technology and digital documentation practices. Ability to work independently while actively engaging with a remote team. More About Compensation Contractors receive monthly payments, within two weeks following the end of the previous month. Compensation is based on each completed evaluation, which includes: Travel to and from the client's home. The evaluation itself. Documentation. For extended travel, additional compensation may be discussed and approved in advance.
