Occupational Therapist Location: Pride, LA 70801 Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available Join Our Occupational Therapy Team in Pride, Louisiana We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pride, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. You will help patients regain independence, improve their functional abilities, and support their overall recovery through targeted, personalized therapy plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop personalized therapy plans to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence in daily activities Implement therapy interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery strategies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Louisiana In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and treatment interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a patient care environment Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Flexibility to work with a variety of patients across different age groups and conditions Why Pride, LA?
