Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract Qualifications New Jersey Occupational Therapist License Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience Computer Literacy Team Player Mentality Liability Insurance Current CPR Certification Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns Responsibilities The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals. Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
