This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or trauma care. The position focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients with complex neuro and orthopedic needs, including spinal surgeries, brain tumors, seizure disorders, and traumatic injuries. Utilize Epic EMR system for accurate documentation and communication. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to facility dress code guidelines. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience or strong preference in neuro/neurosurgery patient care. Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts. Proactive attitude and effective teamwork skills. Flexibility to float to other units as needed. No specific certifications required, though neuro experience is preferred. Schedule: 36 guaranteed weekly hours. Every other weekend coverage. No mandatory call requirements.
