Providing expert nursing care in a specialized rehabilitation and critical illness setting, this role centers on delivering high-quality, patient-focused services aligned with rigorous safety standards. The nurse will ensure timely reporting of patient status during team conferences and maintain accurate medical records compliant with organizational policies. Supervisory duties involve guiding ancillary nursing staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere on the unit. The role also demands strict adherence to safety protocols, both for patients and staff, including safe handling techniques and infection control practices.
