A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to newborns in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, working the night shift with a consistent schedule that allows for work-life balance. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to neonates requiring specialized medical attention in a Level II NICU setting. Monitor and document patient conditions using Epic electronic health records to ensure accurate and timely communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and communicate effectively with doctors and family members. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety regulations. Support and educate families during the hospitalization of their newborn. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in neonatal intensive care. Proficient in Epic electronic charting system. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills pertinent to NICU patient care. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining teamwork. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
