Practice Details Strong surgical volume: 400-1,000 procedures annually Updated technology and robust support MDs supported with at least 1 dedicated Tech and Scribe as volume builds Support of ODs! Call shared equally among MDs and ODs Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads! Low turnover rate (4%) Average 30-40 patients/day Collegial group with strong collaboration!
