Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Location: Warsaw Meadows Care Center - Warsaw, IN Schedule: Full-Time Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Warsaw, IN. In this full-time role, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through individualized therapy programs. Position Overview The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for implementing and delivering physical therapy interventions in accordance with established plans of care, professional standards of practice, and departmental guidelines. This role plays a critical part in supporting resident recovery and functional outcomes.
