What you'll do: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct care to residents and patients (in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and life care standards in the health and rehabilitation center). Assist residents with activities in their daily lives - bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, etc. Collaborate closely with nurses and other caregivers to ensure personalized care. Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Help create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected. Build trusting relationships with the residents and their families. Treat every resident as you would your own loved one. Minimum Qualifications : Active CNA certification. High School diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age. Reliability - report to work on time when scheduled. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
